2) DB Split Jerks 4x3

3) Chest Couplet 4x8
a) DB Bench
b) Clapping Pushups

4) Arms Couplet 3x10
a) Dips
b) DB Curls (10 each hand)

Finisher: Single Arm KB Swings 3x15

Optional: Cardio (run, jump rope, bike, row, machine etc.)

Row 4x250m (20 sec rest between rounds)

Minute Drills: 4x3 minute rounds

Burpees x 30 sec
Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
Jumping Jacks x 30 sec
Split Jumps x 30 sec
Pushups x 30 sec
Squats x 30 sec

Rest 1 min then repeat

Then: 4 Rounds of
V-Ups x 12
Med Ball Russian Twists x 24

Finisher:
Row 4x250m (20 sec rest between rounds)
